SHQ-30/60 Sand Mixer (Foundry use)

It is specially designed for mixing clay sand and wood oil sand. It is the ideal mixing equipment in foundry industry for the feature of fast and uniform mixing, rational structure, high efficiency, steady performance and facilitated operation.

Its advanced transmission system uses planetary cycloidal pin gear reducer which is efficient, noiseless small in size.

The first feature of the SHQ sand mixer is pressure adjusting spring device can adjust the runner wheels pressure to the mixing material. The second is the runner wheel can be adjusted to be driving or driven if necessary. It has positive effect on improving moulding sand property.

Another feature of the machine is the transmission gear integral installed on the machine plate. This sand mixer can be horizontal laid in the work place without foundation. It is convenient for transportation and installation.
